EPA Reporting

HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATORS & FACILITY REPORTS: These reports are required annually in most states. Also includes description of hazardous waste reduction measures. We audit the waste transported off-site or received and treated and prepare the report for electronic or paper submission using a dedicated computer system.

STATE EMERGENCY RESPONSE COMMISSION REPORT: This report informs members of the community and emergency agencies of the storage of hazardous materials in local industrial plants. We calculate the amounts on site, draw accurate site diagrams of the hazardous materials location, and prepare the report for paper submission using a dedicated computer system.

SARA TITLE III, SECTION 313 Emergency Planning and Right-To-Know Act, USEPA Form "R": This report informs members of the community and emergency agencies of the releases of toxic pollutants to the environment from industrial plants. We calculate the releases and prepare the report for electronic submission using a dedicated computer system.

AIR EMISSIONS REPORTS: Annual air emissions are calculated and submitted using STARSHIP software to electronically transmit client air pollution data to the OhioEPA Division of Air Pollution Control STate Air Resource System (STARS). We are experienced in preparing Title V Emission Fee Reports, ozone non-attainment area Emission Statements, and facility Emission Inventory Reports (which the OhioEPA may request to cover NESHAPS and other specific pollutants.
